Although all of these pro’s here are some cons we have found:
Call parking – they don’t allow one button for parking and one button for picking up the call, that may cause confusion for some clients, as most other providers do have it on the same button.
Phones– compare to other providers they have a limited array of templates that are compatible with their system. Companies that already have phones , wouldn’t want to purchase new phones nor get to new phones.
Wallpaper– although, not maybe people, mind this feature , we like to add this for looks and feel, it’s nice to have your own logo on the phone, unfortunately, in this system it’s not allowed, and need to do it manually on each phone.
Extra costs– need to pay attention to many addons or extra fees they don’t include not mention when getting the service. You should ask , and be aware of anything you add , including new numbers / porting numbers, and call attendant / IVR .
